As owner of Passport Wine & Spirits, I truly believe we have assembled a great team with incredible symmetry and common attitudes to be the finest wine and spirits store within the Western New York region. Each and everyone of us strives on a daily basis to become more knowledgeable and passionate about this intriguing industry.
As each of us knows during this difficult business climate, the customer service portion of the retail business industry has all but vanished except for a few specialty stores that put a greater emphasis on customer satisfaction and employee well being. I have made a financial commitment to emphasize customer service, and with that goal in mind, have constructed a large Employee Training and Wine Tasting center at our corporate offices to insure our staff will continue with their education in all aspects of the wine and spirits industry, both through wholesaler and winery instruction as well as tastings in a professional business environment. I also will be stressing customer education programs and classes at our store within our 900 square wine cellar area, complete with video conferencing, Powerpoint presentation capabilities and full wine tasting area.
